Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or BFPO addresses at this time.

Free Delivery

All orders include free standard delivery — no minimum spend required.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next available business day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been collected by our courier.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Timeframes depend on the delivery option selected at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand periods, adverse weather, or courier disruption. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow one additional business day before contacting us.

Order Tracking

All orders are sent with full tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this to monitor your delivery directly with the courier.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived and tracking shows no further movement for more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at sales@tanscend.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and, once the parcel is confirmed as lost, offer you either:

  • A full replacement order dispatched at no charge, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method or as store credit

We are not responsible for parcels that show as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order.

Incorrect Address

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately at sales@tanscend.co.uk. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been collected by our courier. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
